This training is Powerfully Transformative, Practical and Effective. This covers all relationships with a Parenting Focus while exploring all relationships including children, friends, teachers, partners and the many other relationships we engage with regularly.

Explore the use of NVC, an effective alternative to reward and punishment to improve the quality of relationship with our children and mediating between children with confidence with less anger, guilt, more yoy and peace.

This course brings clarity to your child’s behaviour, equips you with the ability to cope with triggers and the ability to offer empathy and respond to your child’s emotional needs.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM THE NVC FOUNDATIONS TRAINING?

The trainings are experiential, providing an opportunity to learn & practice using the tools of CC for your own individual needs, in a stimulating & supportive environment. You will learn to recognise language that connects and language that separates, discover how to express your needs without shaming or blaming, to hear behind the words to what people are really saying, to express anger respectfully and find constructive ways to meet needs. You will be supported to practise using CC for situations.
